Passionate about career development, we have recently made 3 promotions and 2 new hires to support growth.
Caroline Coe has been promoted to Research Director. Caroline has been with Adelphi for nearly 9 years and is an active member of the BHBIA Executive Committee. With her strong background in qualitative research and a particular interest in patient and consumer healthcare research, she is a very conscientious researcher who goes the ‘extra mile’ to achieve success. Her new role will include her leading one of Adelphi’s two internal research teams (Team Inspire) from August 1st 2014. In her spare time you’ll either find Caroline in the gym or decorating her new home.
Jo Thompson has been promoted to Research Director following her commitment to Adelphi for the past 7 years. Jo began her career in consumer research and her core skills are in quantitative and online research. She has particularly excelled at developing increased engagement methods at Adelphi including applying gamification mechanics. Jo won Best Conference Paper at this year’s BHBIA Conference based on – What does gamification offer to healthcare research, alongside Paola Franco (Janssen) and Jon Puleston (GMI/All Global). Jo is an avid runner and will be taking on the Great North Run once again this year.
Emma Tweats has been promoted to Research Manager. Emma has been with Adelphi for over 6 years and is frequently involved in campaign development projects, excelling at providing qualitative insight and understanding to address clients’ needs.
